STEP 1: LOOK
GO LOOK AT OUR PROPERTIES AND SELECT ONE THAT INTERESTS YOU

"Search Properties" on our website and decide which ones interest you & would like to visit in person.

Then "Schedule Showings" right on that property's web page & viewing instructions will be emailed to you.

GO LOOK IN PERSON - Unoccupied properties are available to be viewed daily from 7am to 7pm.
STEP 2: APPLY
APPLY AFTER YOU HAVE SEEN IT IN PERSON & HAVE FUNDS TOGETHER

DO NOT APPLY UNLESS you have SEEN THE PROPERTY IN PERSON AND HAVE THE FUNDS needed to enter into an agreement.

STEP 3: SIGN
CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO SETUP A TIME TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK

Contact us to let us know you are ready to sign the paperwork for the property.

Be sure you have SEEN THE PROPERTY AND HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED FUNDS before you contact us.

You can setup a time to sign the paperwork in our office or you can complete the entire process from right where you are.
